Description
The night is silent in Angel Falls. A young man known as Testament wonders the streets. He looks up and thinks, ‘Everything is a lie in Angel Falls. All men and women in this town have sinned far more then we should. I hear powerful men come in the South Side looking for hookers when at the same time they speak about morality and faithfulness to their wives….apparently they haven’t even got their own message. I even see so called heroes pass by the innocent for glory. Innocence is meaningless unless you are rich. But that is the way they are in South Side….especially in Friendship Hills. Tonight is the night I gotta get things done….’ As they young man’s thought ends he walks up to an entrance to Friendship Hills he carries a Gewehr 43 rifle and equipment (including extra ammo, Knife, and even a few grenades). On his side a canine companion named Lina’ the Song Dog. He pats the dog as he walks through. The dog wags her tail slightly still not making a sound.
According to reports that drug cartels are setting up a substantial amount of supply to enter Angel Falls. The ones setting this up are known as Familila de los Muertos (for short Muertos Cartel) or the Family of the Dead of the more powerful gangs and cartel in the falls with a simple nickname the Muertos'. In this operation most of them have rap sheets longer then Esau’s rifle and that’s saying something. All of them wanted for murder, fun stuff. It was going to be dangerous for him but sometimes a man ought to go against evil directly. Even though in the good book it is said by Jesus to not harm your enemy though they persecute you, Esau thinks more like David who “went out and fought with the Philistines and struck them with a great blow, so that they fled before him 1 Samuel 19:8.” This is in his mind now to strike against the enemy as the Muertos cartel are the philistines and He is David.
As walking through Friendship Hills if you don’t present yourself as a victim is dangerous Esau makes himself look dangerous and confident. The rifle over his shoulder helped immensely. Eventually he goes into an alley way. It is not really to plan a mode of attack yet, but to meet with some connections. They all seem to be white people (all Irish) and a part of the True Irish Army (TIA) but speaking in a very harsh language. Esau understood it as Gaelic. Importantly they owed Esau several favors and it was time to cash it in. He goes to the leader of that raggedy group of Irishmen with mostly AK’s and G3’s. Esau has a chuckle as he knows most of them can’t shoot straight to save their lives. Alas it matters not to Esau since they will be useful. As he shakes the hand of the leader, “Hello Barra I am glad to see you here on the eve of the raid.” Barra Ó Conchobhair an older man in his mid-forties with graying red hair and green eyes replies in a clear response, “Sorry Testament, we were going to bolt but alas you are a jammy (lucky) enough to be a class (good) friend of the TIA and we have a hatred for gits (horrible people) who sell drugs. I prefer guns myself. “
Esau nods at Barra’s response, “Yeah I do to.” Esau then asks Barra, “What do you propose we do?” Barra laughs at Esau, “Hey you bloody Yank!! Cop on! You decided to meet here and you don’t have any ideas?” Esau chuckles, “Oh trust me I do. Personally I think first we should take out the sentries and then we storm in quietly of course.” Barra laughs, “Oh Testament that is a boring plan but let’s see what we can do with these gits.” Esau nods and the group begins to set out an assault position.
Esau with his dog is ready to take out the people that are sky lining the area. He puts on a homemade silencer and aims at the enemy. Now like David he is to smite them like the philistines. As he slides in a scope he aims at the targets guarding an office building. He fires about 9 seven times hitting all the clandestine guards in a short matter of time with some with tranquilizer bullets the surveillance system with actual bullets, hitting them in spots that are nonfatal and would cause them to lose consciousness in a period of time. Most importantly two shots took out the surveillance system. Esau then looks at the rest of them and says in Gaelic, “” Barra the leader seems very impressed of the success of his shots and tells the other to follow.
Esau and the TIA Group continue moving along the alley until they reach the building itself. As they gather near a wall they line up on 2 sides of the door. Esau reloads his rifle to bring it to 10 rounds in Gewehr 43. As the other men look at each other Esau nods that it is time to attack. Barra opens the unlocked door slightly Esau then unleashes a grenade in the building and it explodes. The Building is full of excited and shocked shouts from the Muertos Cartel. Testament and the group storms in the building screaming, “GET DOWN NOW!!!!” One of the Muertos’ fires back and starts a chain reaction of gun fire. Esau’s dog Lina’ bites one of the Muertos members and Esau fires at the poor fellow. Then he fires a few more times. In a matter of moments the firefight ends.
Moans are heard in the building mostly of the Muertos Cartel members. After the body count is made over 15 Cartel members are injured, about 2 have more major injuries. After some quick medical attention to the ‘gits’ they should be alright. Of the TIA only one is injured a good night for them. Barra smiles as he looks around and sees his fellow members setting up explosives around the drugs, “Now there is a Grand (awesome/great) sight to see. I thought this operation would be murder (difficult) I guess I was wrong.” He helps capturing the Cartel members and putting them in handcuffs. Esau looks around and sighs, “This is a good thing no one is dead.” Esau called one of his connections for a truck to come around to pick up the Cartel members and put them in the truck for transportation to the police station.
Esau helps finishing planting the explosives for a destruction of the drugs. A truck stops by the area to pick up the Muertos members. Esau smiles and says, “The mission is a success.” As the Muertos are put in the truck, Esau and his dog comes with the truck driver to be sure they are brought to the police. All the members of the TIA Get out of the building after they go far enough away an explosion is heard, the sweet sound of success.
Esau eventually comes to police station and makes sure all the criminals are placed in front tied up for the authorities to do their job. He then walks away with his dog Lina’ silently in the night.
Elsewhere in the night Barra is coming into a dark place in the Angel Falls South Side district of New Belfast, he attempts to clean himself up for an important meeting. The rest of his men do the same. But by surprise half of them clean themselves of a whitish makeup in their hands and eyes. They seem Native American and shockingly seem related to Esau especially the leader a man known as Jason Morning Star Abraham (many of the family adopted biblical names because they were available). It is to be expected since he is Esau’s great-great-great and many more Great-Grandfather. Though his face and body does not show it, he appears to be about 40 in reality he is more than 2000 years. He has a smile and looks at Barra, “My Grandson is very skilled at what he does.” Barra nods with a great amount of agreement, “I know that is why I know he is related to you.” Jason smiles, “That he is.”
As they enter an Irish restaurant known as “The Leaping Helm Tavern.” As they enter two large group of people. It includes important members of the Abraham family (that predictably chosen biblical names) including Daniel, Isaiah, Noah, and the woman named Tiffany Tohatchi a strong but beautiful woman. Many of them are hundreds of years old but don’t look a day over their 20’s and 30’s at the oldest 40’s all of them with a goal in mind to give one of their sons a way this (Without telling him of course). On the other side a mix of what seems to of an Irish and Tuscarora family. Barra himself despite not looking it is half Tuscarora but through various means didn’t find out until later in life with his wife being a full blood Tuscarora named Emily. In his side they are giving away another important treasure their daughter, Aisling or dream in Irish Gaelic.
Jason with his wife’s Alcimede’ permission takes out a picture of the one that will be wed to Aisling, ‘Esau Erwin Rommel Abraham.’ With that Emily the wife of Barra takes the photo of Aisling who appears as an American Indian mostly she inherited her father’s hair color which is red and funnily her paternal grandmothers green eyes as well, but looks similar to her mother (if she were young and beautiful). Jason smiles as he announces with Tohatchi’s disapproving face, “Today Barra our families will be one. The proposal is promised. In a years’ time there will be a marriage together which will combine the Abrahams, Tabaaha, the Ó Conchobhair, and Θkwarì•nę of the Blue Heron family. Sudden a large cry of celebration has been heard. The fates of two people have been decided.
As they celebrate traditional dances are sang from different cultures are being performed. It is a triumphant moment but two elder men are speaking more about the couple than anyone else. Jason asks Barra, “So does your girl Aisling is in a relationship now?” Barra shakes his head, “No…. her habit of wearing bloody giant glasses hides her beauty away.” He then takes a drink of his Guinness and asks Jason, “How about Esau? I know he is still running around like an idiot, he calls himself Testament when he does his thing. But do you think he will be in a relationship with that Silver Star… or should I say Sarah Greywolf?” Jason has a hearty laugh as he drinks a sip of his tea, “Honestly this relationship is really only puppy love. It is fickle and will die away in no more than a few months. Both of them are not compatible. Eventually they will split amicably or unfaithfulness.” Barra laughs, “I see well Esau is a class guy but he has no experience in love. Besides his skills and knowledge would be a waste here. Especially that he is still being bred to become a warrior or should I say a Soldier man.”
On the other hand two women are more realistic of the sudden engagement that has been made. Tohatchi is a woman who raised Esau and Jacob after their parents ‘heroic’ deaths. She only agreed on this matter for a simple term reason economic gain and security for Esau. She looks at Emily and smiles, “Well now guess that makes us relatives after this shindig for money turns out well, just like the old days.” Emily look at Tohatchi, “What do you mean?” Tohatchi has a slight chuckle, “Well despite how I look toots I am more than 160-ish years old and I remember when some Navajo men would take 2-3 wives. A lot of marriages had nothing to do with love. Unlike what those snooty White people would want it to be love. It’s about economic gain at the end and a contract to screw each other for babies. Hell even snooty white people do the same at times.” Emily looks at Tohatchi and really can’t argue about her appearance she seems to have a body of a very beautiful woman in her mid-20 with a full large bust, wonderful figures, and proportions. Emily has heard that Tohatchi is the sister to Ashkii Nadleehee himself and according to legend she resembles their mother. So as a warrior lineage she has a good track record. Emily though despite hers aging in a normal standpoint is still beautiful in a more sophisticated and intellectual way. Emily sighs as she thinks about her daughter, “Well here is hoping Tohatchi that they will find a way to love each other.”
As the woman look at each other Emily sees into the eyes of Tohatchi. She knows that the family known as the Abrahams has many members still very much alive that remember the Indian Wars as they were bloody and remorseless. These people were very much wronged by what happened to them. With the information they gained that because of Ashkii’s rampage they were forced to become the personal hit squad of the US Government and their allies as Soldiers and Assassins As a part of a deal made to prevent the destruction of their family. In her heart she knows the Abrahams have seen their hearts hardened to what their lives have become. A family of heroes and villains alike all for the service of the US are here. She worries that she is giving away her child to a family as such too quickly. But alas the gain they both will get is immeasurable. One can only hope for the best.
For now two celebrates one of a warrior line (Also a profitable tea ventures’) another of a computer business line give away two gems though both Esau and Aisling are ignorant of this matter. As the Abrahams tend to do they do not tell Esau about his engagements for 3 months then the information will be given. In this cold night two young people’s fates had been chosen.
But outside a dear friend of Esau has tried to get in the conversation through Guardian spying machines (after permission from the owners to record criminal activity of course) what she had heard is shocking. Especially to Phyrefrost and one of her students is Silver Star. She has been here to spy on the possible TIA activity (of course she is near the bar) but she found another injustice, she cannot let this happen. With her super powered might she is about to crash the party but a knife is felt on her neck….a knife that can even kill her. It is a man known Tobias Abraham. The top assassin of the Abraham family, he whispers in her ear, “Tell this to anyone and you will be buried under the ground. No matter how strong you are you will disappear. This is a family matter not one of your matters, he will be informed of this matter in 3 months. If you tell him within those three months I am authorized to kill you and possibly those you care about is that understood?” Phyrefrost tries to fight with all her might against this man but strangely she cannot move. She has always been threatened that someone might kill her but strangely….this man could be one of the few that could kill her with no problem.
She eventually looks around to see the face of her attacker. She was shocked to see the face of Tobias. He did not look like an assassin but a young intellectual…funnily someone you could beat up and take his school money. But not in this case even if he looked like a college professor he would still kill her here if he had to. So Phyrefrost could only say, “I understand.” Tobias then has a cheerful smile, “Good, if I catch you lying, I will, how young people would say it? Oh waste you.” He then disappears in the darkness with his mission done. As Phyrefrost looks in the sky she has something different then her confident self a true fear of her mortality.
Elsewhere a young man looks over his city. The young man Esau sits down and a chill up his spine. Something just changed in his life. He pats his dog Lina’ and says, “Something changed right now….I need to be careful and maybe pray over it.” He takes out a picture it is of Sarah. There his heart feels something strange, “Well…. I feel my time with her is short might as enjoy it while I have her….my dear Silvy.”

Well this was a good story of Lies and Arrangements. With a good raid and a surprise. I hope you don't mind the story which uses 
characters Phyrefrost and a mentioning of the character Silver Star. Of course Esau, Aisling (sadly I didn't include he glasses) and the rest of the characters belong to me.
